At the end of last season we were on a high. We played beyond what everyone expected, but then the new season's preparation left us frustrated. I have personally noticed the tension level of the team escalating slowly since then. The problem is stagnation. Solution, bring in some new blood. Enter DDL...

Additional changes include playing better teams. We need to get comfortable with losing and playing better teams has many other obvious advantages. We need to improve teamwork so the current configuration for the positions on the team will be adjusted slightly, but as almost everyone on the team has specialties the changes will be minor. DDL is now co-manager of the team and with that will be helping make the changes to the team that will take us to the next level. We need to define ourselves this season in the competitive community!
